In the city of monsters,  everyone knows the rules: monsters should scare the kids because the screaming child arises energy that supplies power of Monstropolis. The monster that is the best in scaring children is Saly. However, one night , Bu, 2-year old girl go through the door of her room and come to the city of monsters. Saly, with his best friend, one-eyed Mike must return the girl to her world.
