Frozen

Elsa, has ability to create ice, snow, and other cold things and creatures. One night she injures her younger sister Anna, creating the snowman. The royal couple held the children locked in room, afraid of hurting Anna again. When Elsa and Anna were teenagers their parents died in sea during the tempest.
