The film follows the life of a former criminal Sternwood
Jacob (Mark Strong) who is forced to withdraw from his early retirement and returned
to London to save his son who was found in problems. This gives a chance to
detective Max Lewinsky (James McAvoy) to go back to hunting Sternwood, a
criminal who has always managed to get away from all the traps that were made
around him. Both their lives will experience dramatic crafts when they find out
that some more powerful is threatening them...
